What skills does Gert bring to the Rocky Roads Detective Agency? Basically the same as the guys. She is trained in surveillance, interrogation, observation etc., she also is skilled in the Martial Arts and can handle a gun as well as anyone. But she does add uniquely female attributes. A sensitivity and nurturing capacity not present in the men. For example in a recent case, Rocky thinks Glenda Glazz is holding something back, so Rocky asks Gert to get in touch with Glenda and see if she can find out what Glenda is holding back.
